When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for at least 24 months. Downloaded materials are for your personal use only.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We offer a 14-day goodwill review period for refunds where the course is not a good fit. We do not guarantee specific harvest results.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account or re-upload course content.
• Do not misuse the platform, interfere with security, or break applicable laws.
• Respect fellow learners and staff in all communications.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by NaturalNest Garden School or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Gardening outcomes depend on many factors (weather, pests, soil). We provide educational guidance without guarantees of specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes becomes effective means you accept the new Terms.
