Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a backyard to benefit from these courses?

No. Many lessons are designed for balconies, windowsills, and patios. We specify minimum light and container sizes for each crop.

How long do I keep access to a course?

You keep ongoing access for at least 24 months from purchase. Downloadable checklists are yours to keep offline.

What tools are essential for beginners?

A hand trowel, watering can or hose with a gentle spray head, quality seed-starting mix, and 3–5 gallon containers for many veggies. We avoid pushing gear you don’t need.

Are your methods organic?

We teach organic-leaning practices: compost, mulching, beneficial insects, and prevention-first pest control. We avoid miracle claims and respect local regulations.

What if my climate is very hot or cold?

Each course includes adjustments for different zones: shade cloth for heat, row covers for frost, and crop timing notes to fit your season.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If a course clearly isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help. We do not promise specific harvest yields.

Can I learn at my own pace?

Absolutely. Courses are self-paced with suggested weekly rhythms. You can pause and resume anytime.

Do you provide certificates?

We issue completion badges for personal tracking. They are not academic credits but can motivate gentle progress.
